KDubiq has been initiated by eight partners,forming a KDubiq administrative board. They have signed a contract with the European Commision. Other partners such as steering committee members and working group chairs enter by signing an internal membership agreement. The total number of partners actively participating in the coordination action will be around 42 institutions initially. Most of them come from the former KDNet NOE (Knowledge Discovery Network of Excellence) including 130+ members institutions from industry, research and public sector.
In addition to the KDubiq Management Board and co-founding KDNet Community, KDubiq is welcoming new researchers and partner institutions from different communities to join the KDubiq Online Platform and Activities.
- The main Project Coordinator is the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems(IAIS)
- The Management Board makes decisions about all strategic and financial questions related to the KDubiq project
- The Steering Committee reviews regularly the working process in the project.
- The Working Group Chairs are responsible for the successful coordination of the Working Group activities
